Stewardship

The best way to say thank you for a gift is to use it.  God calls us to generously use the gifts He has given us to help one another and to build His kingdom.  This is the call of Stewardship.

Our Parish is committed to the Stewardship of time, talent and treasure. This kind of sharing makes it possible for us to realize our mission as a parish.

Our financial giving should include:
  • Our Parish - The Sacrificial Giving Guide suggests we give 1/2 our tithe to our Parish.
  • Our Archdiocese - 1/4 of your tithe can be given to the Archdiocesan Appeal  (ACA)
  • Other Charities - 1/4 your tithe can be given to charities in our community and worldwide
No one can tell you how much to give, we only suggest that our giving should be:
  • Planned - as we plan for all our financial responsibilities
  • Proportionate - to what we have received
  • Sacrificial - giving out of our substance

As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God's varied grace. ~ 1 Peter 4:10
